1.Delivery Time

• Sample order: 7–15working days after deposit confirmation.
• Bulk production: 30–60working days based on order quantity & custom requirements.
• Shipping transit time: 7–70days, subject to selected shipping method and destination country.

2.Shipping Options

We support multiple B2B shipping solutions: Express(DHL/Fedex/UPS), Air Freight, Sea Freight. We will recommend the most cost-effective shipping way per clients’ order volume.

3.Shipping Cost

• Shipping fee is calculated by actual weight, volume weight, delivery country and transport mode.
• Clients can choose prepaid freight or freight collect.
• Large bulk orders enjoy preferential bulk shipping discount.

4.Order Tracking

Once goods depart warehouse, we will send tracking number via email/WhatsApp, clients can track shipment status online anytime.

5.Custom & Duty

Import tariff, customs clearance fee and local tax at destination shall be borne by buyers as per local customs policy. We can provide commercial invoice & packing list for customs clearance.
