All exclusive customized designs are only authorized for use by the corresponding cooperative clients.
5. Prohibition of Infringement & Liability
All B2B buyers shall promise not to conduct any acts of infringing our intellectual property rights when purchasing and selling our products. Any unauthorized piracy, plagiarism, design imitation, trademark misuse and illegal commercial use will result in the immediate termination of cooperation. We reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities, claim economic losses and compensation for all infringements.
